I am a Professor in the Curtin School of Allied Health at Curtin University. My research interests are in applied psychology with a particular focus on personal and contextual factors related to high performance, health behaviours and well-being in contexts such as sport, education and the workplace. Within this broad spectrum of research, I am currently involved in several projects that span topics such as team concepts (e.g., resilience, shared mental models) and processes (e.g., reflections), psychological stress, anti-doping in sport, behaviour change for exercise and health (e.g., COPD).
